My journey began at Western Illinois University, where I cultivated my passion for teaching. My time at Trinity International University further honed my skills and deepened my understanding of pedagogy, setting the stage for my future endeavors.

**A Mission to Ignite a Learning Revolution**

My mission was crystal clear: to guide my students not only through traditional subjects but also through the art of mastering attention skills, embracing a robust work ethic, and setting and achieving small, meaningful goals. I envisioned a classroom where students could unleash their potential by engaging in the process of learning, rather than being confined by external validations.

**The Perfect Learning Storm**

My teaching philosophy came to be known as the "Perfect Learning Storm." This unique approach combined my teaching methods with a holistic understanding of student development. My classroom is a hub of creativity and exploration, where each student is encouraged to take ownership of their learning journey. The storm symbolized the fusion of curiosity, dedication, and achievement.

**Empowering Beyond the Classroom**

Beyond my academic pursuits, I found joy and inspiration in my family. As a wife and mother of four children, I understood the importance of work-life balance and brought this perspective into my teaching philosophy. My passion for education seamlessly blended with my love for my family, creating a harmonious rhythm that resonated with both my students and loved ones.

**Diving into Passions**

My dedication extended far beyond the classroom walls. As the Volleyball Director at Montini, I channel my energy into coaching and mentoring young athletes. Through volleyball, I work to instill the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, leaving an indelible mark on the aspiring athletes I guided.

In my moments of leisure, I love boating and lake life with my family. These activities not only rejuvenated my spirit but also provided me with valuable insights into the ebb and flow of learning—where each wave of knowledge brought new opportunities for growth.
